Every order ships with free tracked and insured worldwide delivery, typically arriving within 15–18 days. A confirmation email with the tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, insured door to door for its full value.
Yes. Every order can be paid on delivery — cash when the parcel arrives at your door, no prepayment needed. Bank wire after ordering is also available.
Every watch carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty, and you have 7 days after signing for the parcel to request a return or exchange. The box includes the original presentation box, invoice, warranty card and instruction manual.
Absolutely. Each timepiece goes through a multi-point quality-control checklist — dial alignment, bezel action, bracelet fit, water-resistance seals and timekeeping accuracy — before it is packed. You receive exactly what our inspectors approve.
Every product page lists the case size and the recommended wrist range (for example, 41 mm suits 18–20 cm wrists). If you are between sizes, tell us your wrist measurement in the order notes and we will size the bracelet before dispatch.
